All FragTrends orders are shipped via Shiprocket. Use the tracking portal below to get real-time updates on your shipment — enter your AWB / tracking number to get started.
Track via Shiprocket Portal
Click below and enter your AWB (tracking) number on the Shiprocket tracking page. Your AWB number is included in your shipping confirmation email.

- Check your Order Confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout — it contains your FragTrends order number (e.g. #1042).
- Once your order ships, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email containing your AWB / tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- Open the tracking link in the email, or paste the AWB number into the Shiprocket portal above.
- If you placed your order while logged in, visit My Account → Orders to view your order status and tracking link directly.
Privacy & Security: We never display full order details on this page without verification. To protect your order information, tracking links are sent only to the registered email address. If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact our support team with your order number ready.
